Ann was raised in Columbus, Indiana. Moving to Grand Rapids, Michigan, Ann attended Grand Valley State University earning a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in legal administration and a minor in business. She resided in Grand Rapids for 20 years working in insurance and security investigations. For several years while her children were growing up, she also owned and operated a day care in her home.
In the summer of 2002, Ann moved back to Indiana to be closer to her family. "I enjoy the small town feeling in Wabash. My hobbies are horseback riding, gardening, and being involved in the Wabash County 4-H Dog Club. I love seeing the care these special children receive here at Vernon Manor Children's Home and am proud to be a part of the Vernon Manor Family."
Ann has worked at Vernon Manor Children's Home since 2002 as our Business Office Manager. Ann manages resident funds, accounts receivable, and supervises payroll for more than 115 employees.
